Welcome to Elemental Pantry ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using Pantry OS ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License to Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pantry OS for your own personal use only.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Product or any part of its content
  • Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Product
  • Transfer your access or license to another person or entity
  • Share login credentials or access with anyone outside your own personal use
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Product
  • Use the Product for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to incorporating it into another product or service for sale

3. Ownership
Pantry OS, including all content, design, tools, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Elemental Pantry. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the Product or any of its content to you.

4. Digital Product & No Refunds
Pantry OS is a digital product. As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.

5. Not Medical or Professional Advice
Elemental Pantry is not a nutritionist, dietitian, allergist, or medical provider of any kind. Pantry OS provides general meal-planning, recipe, and grocery suggestions based on the information you provide. This content is for informational and convenience purposes only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reading all product labels and verifying ingredients before purchasing or consuming any food
  • Confirming that any suggested food, snack, or recipe is safe for your specific allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions

Elemental Pantry is not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic reactions, illness, injury, or damages of any kind resulting from the use of information, recipes, grocery suggestions, or recommendations provided by Pantry OS. Use of the Product is entirely at your own risk.

7. Violations
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or transfer of the Product may result in termination of your access without refund, and may be subject to legal action.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
